We are ship to over 230 countries Worldwide! With Fabkini you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered each and every time.

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. 

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In stock orders normally ship within 1-7 business days from when the order was placed. 

US orders typically take about 7-15 business days after processing to be delivered. However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date. Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.

International orders typically take about 10-35 business days after order processing to be delivered. However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date. Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control. International orders will be delivered via local post agencies and certain countries don't have tracking available.

Express shipping option is available for some countries and takes about 5-10 business days.

Please allow 3-7 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Our international warehouses are located in Asia. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost packages due to shipping addresses provided incorrectly. Shipping delays will occur if an incorrect address is provided at checkout.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS or another postal service completes delivery to the address that you provide to us. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address. 

If your tracking information is updated to "Delivered" and you have not received your package please check with your local post office, leasing office, or a neighbor to ensure it was not delivered to any of the stated locations before contacting us. Fabkini provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the post office. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but Fabkini does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with post office. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.

Fabkini is not responsible for item(s) that are being misplaced/stolen after delivered (e.g. after delivered to mailbox). Customer will be liable for the shipping cost if replacement item is needed. 

Please contact us within 45 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. We will get back to you within 24 hours with detailed information. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 45 working days after the date of shipping. Customers have up to a maximum of 60 days from the date of shipment to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order. 

Fabkini is not responsible for delays, destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

Fabkini reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund for the refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages.
