Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in swimsuits collection due to hygiene reasons and all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for wrong sizes. Please check the size chart before placing your order. 

Returns are only accepted when the item is defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete please contact our customer service email address at support@fabkiniswimwear.com within 48 hours of receiving item. If 48 hours have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. 

You must provide us an image of the item for defects and email us at : support@fabkiniswimwear.com for a replacement. Once we've received your email, we'll review photos, if we confirm defect, we will send you a replacement.

Do NOT send item back to the sender addressed indicated on the package. Please email us for a returning address.

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: all sale price items, swimsuits, bodysuits, lingeries, underwear, jewelry, accessories (except scarves and bags) and makeup/cosmetics.

Customer will be liable for return shipping cost. For your own protection, we recommend that you return the item or items via trackable delivery method and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Please check our shipping policy before placing an order. If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the courier company. Shipping delays can occur and we are not responsible for the speed at which orders arrive once they have left our facility.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 45 working days after the date of shipping. Customers have up to a maximum of 60 days from the date of shipment to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order. 

We are not responsible for lost packages due to shipping addresses provided incorrectly. Shipping delays will occur if an incorrect address is provided at checkout.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address. 

Please check and review received item before you open original package. Opened packages cannot be returned even if received damaged/defective items.
